CSE 2025 D.C. Trip Invitation
May 19 - 21, 2025
Citizens for Space Exploration, a multi-state grassroots space advocacy group, is organizing its 33rd annual trip to D.C. We invite you to join this group of concerned citizens as we meet with members of Congress to inform and educate them about the importance of a robust human space exploration program and a fully funded NASA budget.

Wednesday, 5/21 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Congressional Office Visits
Thursday, 5/22 Departure Day
This is a self-funded trip. You are responsible for your travel, hotel room, and expenses.
Registration:

We will accept participants after that date, but you may have problems securing lodging in our hotel block. You’ll be asked to include your Congressional District Number and State when you register. Host Hotel Information:
AC Hotel Washington DC Capitol Hill Navy Yard, 867 New Jersey Ave SE, Washington, DC 20003. Rooms are blocked under “Citizens for Space Exploration 2025 Washington Trip” at $319/night + tax. Identify yourself as part of the group to receive the special rate. Book early; the block expires 4/25 or when sold out!!! (Enjoy D.C., come early or stay late, rooms are available from Sunday to Thursday night.) Airfare:
Southwest Airlines (to Baltimore-BWI or DCA) www.southwest.com and United Airlines (to Reagan-National-DCA) www.united.com have competitive fares online. Other carriers may be competitive from your city.
Shirts:
You may want to order a “Citizens for Space Exploration” logo shirt. Although the shirts are not required for the trip, many of our travelers like to wear them when making office visits with their team. You can order your shirt directly from Lands’ End at 1.800.587.1541. By using Lands’ End, it allows our travelers a wider selection of styles and sizes, and your shirts will be shipped directly to you.
To order a shirt online, go to https://business.landsend.com/ and create an account or login to an already existing one. Once logged in, go to the “My Logos” tab, and then click “Associate a Logo to My Account”. Our Logo Reference Number is 0915745 and the Customer Number is 6695173. Once you have entered that information, you can “Add to Library”. From there, feel free to pick out a shirt and add the logo design to the shirt.
Note: The logo has been authorized for use on black or white shirts only. There is a $7.95 charge to add the logo plus shipping charges. Watch their website for special offers!
